Paris Duane McCoy, age 68 of Kirk, KY died Friday, November 3, 2017 in Hardinsburg, KY as the result of an automobile accident. He was born in Anderson County, TN on August 8, 1949, the son of the late James V. and Leona Wallace McCoy. Over the years, Duane has worked in several restaurants, preparing wonderful meals for the people of our community. He enjoyed gardening, camping and hiking.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson James Dewayne McCoy and 4 brothers - James T. McCoy, Danny Ray McCoy, Jesse Leroy McCoy and Delbert Ronald McCoy.

Duane is survived by 2 sons - Mickey McCoy (Mary) and Brandon McCoy (Deloris)
5 grandchildren:Marshall, Austin, Jamia, Lindsey and Mickensy McCoy
1 great grandchild: Emily McCoy
3 brothers: Rick McCoy, Kenny McCoy and Elbert McCoy
3 sisters: Blanche Hatmaker, Barbara Stootsberry and Nora McCoy

In keeping with the wishes of Duane, cremation was chosen with no services under the direction of Trent-Dowell Funeral Home.
