Cremation Options
1. Triumphant (Traditional Funeral Service using Rental Casket)

2. Tribute (Memorial Service with or without Cremains Present)
This package includes basic services of the funeral director and staff, local removal and other preparation of the body, crematory facility charges to include transportation and a plastic urn box. A memorial service at the funeral home or other facility following a two hour visitation conducted by the funeral home staff. Also included is the arranging of memorabilia, guest register book, memorial and acknowledgement cards and a hand crafted Kentucky Hardwood Keepsake Chest made of oak, cherry or walnut.* This package does not include, nor is limited to any of the following items you may wish to buy or ask us to purchase on your behalf, such as an urn, urn vault, flowers, hearse processional to the cemetery, death certificates or any cemetery, newspaper and radio charges.

3. Tribute (Graveside Memorial Service)
This package includes basic services of the funeral director and staff, local removal and other preparation of the body, crematory facility charges to include transportation and a plastic urn box. A memorial service at the graveside conducted by the funeral home staff, memorial cards, cemetery equipment and burial of the cremains and a hand crafted Kentucky Hardwood Keepsake Chest* made of oak, cherry or walnut. This package does not include nor is limited to any of the following items you may wish to buy or ask us to purchase on your behalf, such as an urn, urn vault, flowers, hearse processional to the cemetery, death certificates or any cemetery, newspaper and radio charges.

4. Direct Cremation
This package for a direct cremation includes basic services of the funeral home and staff, local removal and other preparation of the body, a thirty minute private (family only) visitation period*, crematory charges to include transportation and a plastic urn box. If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can provide an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without covering). The containers we provide are called cremation trays and are made of fiberboard. This package does not include, nor is limited to any of the following items you may wish to buy or ask us to purchase on your behalf, such as an urn, urn vault, flowers, register book, memorial folders, acknowledgement cards, death certificates or any cemetery, newspaper and radio charges.
