Carl Edward Woods, Jr. age 53 of Garfield, KY died Thursday, January 5, 2017 near Irvington,KY as the result of an automobile accident. He was born in Louisville, KY on August 19, 1963. When able, he enjoyed fishing.

He was preceded in death by his father Carl Edward Woods, Sr., brother Sterling Cecil Woods and sister Reba Mae Woods.

Graveside services will be held at Brooks Cemetery in Irvington, KY on Monday at 2PM. Visitation will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Monday beginning at 11:30 AM.
