Mary Catherine Moore, age 68 of Harned, KY died Friday, November 25, 2016 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY. She was born in Hardinsburg, KY on December 11, 1947, the daughter of the late Calvin "Crout" Carman and Louise Nottingham. Mary attended Mt. Zion Community Church. She was a homemaker who loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening and helping her husband on their farm.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Brenda Carman.

10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren
2 brothers: David Carman (Lois) of Cecilia, KY
Bobby Carman (Leighann) of Lewisport, KY

Funeral services will be held at Mt. Zion Community Church on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at 11 AM with Bro. Mac Sosh officiating. Burial will be in the Harned Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Monday, 4-8 PM and Tuesday after 8:30 AM.
