Mary Helen Basham, age 86 of Hudson, KY died Sunday, September 17, 2017 at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center. She was born in McDaniels, KY on August 23, 1931, the daughter of the late John William Reynolds, Sr. and Eula Mae Tucker Reynolds. Mrs. Basham was a homemaker who loved her family and her home. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, sewing and crocheting. She was a member of Custer Church of God.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister - Virginia Fletcher and brother - J. W. Reynolds, Jr.

son and daughter-in-law: Monte and Audrey Basham of Hudson, KY
2 grandsons - Neal Basham and his wife Tara
Cortney Basham and his wife Laurie
3 great grandchildren - Simon, Naomi and Celia Basham
2 step great grandchildren - Anderson and Scarlett Scott
brother and sister-in-law: James Leroy "Frog" and Betty Reynolds

Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at 1 PM with burial in the Hudson Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, 3:30 - 8 PM and Wednesday after 8:30 AM.
