Sylvia Faye Adams

Sylvia Faye Adams, age 77, died on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at her residence. She was born on October 18, 1942 in Richmond, Indiana to the late Floyd and Violet Smallwood Barnes. 

For many years, Sylvia and her husband Bruce owned and operated Bruce's Bait House in McDaniels. She was a homemaker and enjoyed playing Bingo on her electronic devices. 

She and her husband formerly attended St. Anthony Catholic Church. 

Sylvia is preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Adams; and two sons, Robbie Adams and Christian Michael Adams. 

She is survived by a daughter: Candi Brewer of Louisville, KY

                  Charles Barnes (Linda) of Louisville, Ky

                  David Barnes (Alberta) of Louisville, Ky

2 Sisters: Donna Sanders of Louisville, Ky

                Judy Dial (Jimmy) of Louisville, Ky

3 grandchildren: Amanda Mason, Erica Sherrard and Jason Mason

Sister-in-law and brother-in-law who cared for her after the death of Bruce: Tom & Linda Probus of Falls of Rough, Ky

Private graveside services will be held at St. Anthony Cemetery
