Steven Parker Radaszewski

Steven Parker Radaszewski, 6 years of age of Leitchfield, KY passed away December 21, 2021 at Norton Children's Hospital. He was born December 21, 2015 in Elizabethtown, KY. Parker was a kindergarten student at Ben Johnson Elementary School and a member of Stephensport United Methodist Church. He was all boy and loved playing with his dinosaurs, slime, Playdough, Legos, basketball, baseball and riding his dirt bike. Parker was a kind, sweet, giving boy who had the most infectious smile that would melt your heart. By making a heartfelt decision, his parents chose to allow Parker to live on in others through the gift of organ donation.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather Tommy Smith.

Parker is survived by his parents Patricia Smith and Frank Radaszewski of Leitchfield, KY

3 brothers - Kregory, Elijah and Jordan Radaszewski 

1 sister - Hannah Radaszewski

Grandparents - Frank Radaszewski (Elizabeth Carter) of Leitchfield, KY; Wanda VanDoring (Brent Hatfield) of Bedford, IN and Melinda Hazelwood of Louisville, KY

Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Friday, December 31, 2021 at 12 PM with burial in the Stephensport Christian Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10 AM on Friday.

Expressions of sympathy are suggested to the Parker Radaszewski Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
