Sandra Gale Hale

Sandra Gale Hale, age 61 of Leitchfield, KY died May 27, 2021 at her residence. She was born in Hardinsburg, KY on January 9, 1960, the daughter of the late David and Louise Hale. Sandra was a former tax preparer for H & R Block. She loved all things outdoors - hiking, flower gardening and her fern garden which she was so proud of. She had a love of animals, especially her dog Rocky.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brothers-in-law Thomas Downey and Jerry Sosh.

Sandra is survived by 2 children: Michael (Sarah) Hale of Leitchfield, KY and Ashley Hornback of Hudson, KY

5 grandchildren: Addyson and Allyson Hale, Keri Houy, Tyler and Avery Hornback

her companion Bobby Pawley of Leitchfield, KY

1 brother - James Hale of Morgantown, KY

4 sisters - Beverly Downey of Columbia, KY, Sheila Hale of Elizabethtown, KY, Pat Sosh of Irvington and Brittney (Joe David) Moorman of Glen Dean, KY

Graveside services will be held at Hudson Cemetery on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at 1:30 PM. Visitation will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Tuesday, 11:30 am - 1 pm.
