Norma June (Pile) Caplan

Norma June Pile Caplan, age 87 of Hardinsburg, KY died Monday, January 18, 2021 at Hardinsburg Nursing and Rehab. She was born in Woodrow, KY on April 7, 1933, the daughter of the late Owen and Margaret Helm Pile. Norma was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxilliary. She was a homemaker who enjoyed reading, flower gardening and card games.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Norman Caplan and her brother Tony Pile.

Norma is survived by her daughters: Gail Lyon (Gary) of Custer, KY and Charmaine Henning (Mike) of Hardinsburg, KY

3 grandchildren: Chris and Timmy Henning, Becky Biggs (Mark)

5 great grandchildren: Raygan and Logan Henning, Evan Wells, Jesse and Olivia Biggs

Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at 11 AM. Burial will be in the Custer Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday after 9:30 AM
