Mary Frances (Stinnett) Dooley

Mary Frances Dooley, age 83 of Leitchfield, KY passed away November 16, 2021 at Springview Nursing and Rehab in Leitchfield. She was born in Hardinsburg, KY on March 28, 1938, the daughter of the late Will Taylor Stinnett, Sr. and Emma Lou Wilson Stinnett. Frances was an avid U of L sports fan, enjoyed working in her flower beds and loved time with her great grandsons.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Charles Dooley, daughters Carla Fritz and Mary Lou Dooley, siblings Will Stinnett, Jr., David Owen Stinnett, James Earl Stinnett and Lester Stinnett, Pauline Stinnett, Eleanor Thompson and Margaret Ann 'Midge' Edge.

Frances is survived by 2 sons - Gary (Denise) Dooley of Louisville, KY and Bob (Donna) Dooley of Owensboro, KY

5 grandchildren: Terra (Chris) Green, Kandist (Travis) Clemons, Joshua and Andrew Dooley and Lori Wyatt

9 great grandchildren: Tayler Fentress Clemons, Chase Wilbert, Joshua Dooley, Morgan Dooley, Peighton Green, Carter Clemons and Aubree Dooley, Jackson and Blake Wyatt

1 sister: Bessie Decker of Hardinsburg, KY

3 brothers: Albert Stinnett of Indiana, Donnie Stinnett of Custer, KY and Ronnie Stinnett of Falls of Rough, KY

Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 2 PM with burial in the Ivy Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10 AM.
