Louella Arnold, age 79 of Falls of Rough, KY died Monday, November 2, 2020 at Breckinridge Health, INC. She was born in Breckinridge County on April 29, 1941, the daughter of the late John William and Beulah Mae Goatley Kennedy. She was a cook and waitress who worked for many years at the North Fork and Spoon Restaurant. Louella formerly attended Custer United Methodist Church and was a past member of the Falls of Rough VFW Ladies Auxillary. She was a 1960 graduate of Irvington High School and enjoyed cooking, playing Bingo and Yahtzee, reading and crocheting. Louella was know to many as the "Pie Lady".
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Edgar Arnold, Sr., son Robert Arnold, brothers Curtis and John Kennedy and sister Emma Smith.
Louella is survived by 3 sons - Eddie Arnold, Jr. (Heidi) of Clarkson, KY, Kenny Arnold (Julia) of Leitchfield, KY and Glenn Arnold (Lisa) of Garfield, KY
7 grandchildren: Timmy Lee Christensen, Misty, Michael, Bobby, Andrew, Patrick and Rachel Arnold
7 great grandchildren: Landon Aubrey, Raedyn and Luke Ford, Braxton, Mason and Kayden Arnold and Christopher Phillips
2 brothers: Jerry Kennedy (Mary Lee) of Michigan and Ray Kennedy (Catherine) of South Carolina
5 sisters: Anna Mae Drane of Garfield, KY, Dottie Matthews (Tommy) of Hardinsburg, KY, Pauline "Polly" Basham (George) of High Plains, KY, Aretta Greer (Randy) of Brandenburg, KY and Denise Hunt (Jerry) of Leitchfield, KY
Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 12 PM. Burial will be in the English Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10 AM on Thursday.
