Julia Whitlock Obituary

Julia Marie Whitlock, age 82 of Hardinsburg, KY passed away March 3, 2023 at Hardinsburg Nursing and Rehab. She was born in Taylor County, KY on July 14, 1940, daughter of the late Frank and Nettie Jeffries Whitlock. Julia was a self employed caregiver. She loved all things outdoors - camping, fishing and soaking up the sun on her favorite Florida beaches. She always enjoyed visits and entertaining her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son James Dwight London, his wife Carolyn and their son Jasper.

Julia is survived by her son Deston London and his wife Anita of Horse Branch, KY

7 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren

1 brother - Dennis Whitlock (Louise) of Green Co., KY

5 sisters - Geneva Wilcoxson and Lucille Brown of Green Co., KY; Frances Schultz (Andy) of Madisonville, KY; Laverne Lyle of Center, KY and Connie Whitlock of Glasgow, KY

In keeping with the wishes of Julia, cremation has been chosen. A memorial service is being planned for a later date.
