Johnny M. 'Smoke' Howard, age 67 of Kingswood, KY passed away at U of L Hospital Tuesday, November 9, 2021, surrounded by his family. Smoke was born February 11, 1954 in Kingswood to Clarence J. and Katherine Kiper Howard.
