John Willis Henning, Jr.

John Willis Henning, Jr. age 56 of Hardinsburg, KY died Monday, April 5, 2021 at Hosparus Inpatient Care Center. He was born in Hardinsburg, KY on August 28, 1964, the son of Lennie Earl McClellan Henning and the late John Willis Henning, Sr. John was a farmer and logger who enjoyed being outdoors. He loved time spent with his family. John was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother Wayne Henning.

John is survived by his mother Lennie Henning of Hardinsburg, KY

6 brothers: Mike (Shelia) Henning of Axtel, KY, Ray (Tammy Myatt) Henning, Eddie Henning and Kevin Andrew Henning of Hardinsburg, KY, Chris Henning of Louisville, KY and Roy (Kim) Henning of Caneyville, KY

3 sisters: Dinah Newton and Beverly (Josh) Dowell of Leitchfield, KY, Cecilia (Jerry) Ford of Falls of Rough, KY

Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Friday, April 9, 2021 at 4 PM with burial in the St. Anthony Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 1 PM on Friday.
