Jerry Wayne Geary

Jerry Wayne Geary, age 69 of Irvington, KY passed away July 29, 2023 at his residence. He was born in Louisville, KY on July 16, 1954, son of the late Fielden and Lourina Hockenberry Geary. Jerry retired from Philip Morris where he worked as an equipment operator. He had many interests that include hunting, fishing, raising chickens, vegetable gardening and growing 100 pound watermelons. He loved retiring to his farm with his dog Sam and spent many hours driving around the county to see the sights.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings Lola and Roy.

Jerry is survived by 2 children - Nathan Geary and his wife Kasey of Radcliff, KY and Athena Anderson of Elizabethtown, KY.

2 brothers - Jackie Geary of Magnolia, KY and Charlie Joe Geary of Louisville, KY

Visitation will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Thursday, August 3, 2023 from 11 AM - 3 PM with a service to follow. All times are central.
