Janice Kay Lane

Janice Kay Lane, age 66 of Hardinsburg, KY died Thursday, July 25, 2019 at her residence. She was born in Hardinsburg, KY on September 6, 1952, the daughter of the late Everett and Ida Madeline Dowell Harper. Janice was a member of Horlsey Chapel United Methodist Church.

She loved her big family and time spent with them. She enjoyed shopping, gardening, yard work, breakfast at Shoney's and decorating for every holiday and occasion.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant brother and sister: Darren and Kimberly.

Funeral services will be held at Horsley Chapel United Methodist Church near Hardinsburg, KY on Monday, July 29, 2019 at 11 AM with Rev. Rebecca Heid officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Sunday, 4-8 PM and Monday after 8 AM.
