Harold Early Obituary

Harold Gene Early, age 86 of Cloverport, KY died Sunday, November 22, 2020 at Hardinsburg Nursing and Rehab Center. He was born in Sample, KY on March 6, 1934, the son of the late Dee and Georgia Smith Early. He was a former deckhand for a barge line. Mr. Early enjoyed working the weekly Farmers Market and seeing the many friends he has made over the years. He was such a friendly man who had the biggest heart.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings: Christine Early Koester, Mary Ruth Early Rogers, James Dee Early, Charles Leslie Early, Jane Early Claycomb, Chester Early, Linda Frances Early Lucas and Barbara Darnell Early Gibson.

Mr. Early is survived by his sister Elsie Butler of Salem, IN and brothers Marvin Early of Stephensport, KY and William Early of Houston, TX

Private graveside services will be held at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Stephensport, KY.
