Geneva Blair, age 100, died on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at Breckinridge Memorial Hospital. She was born in Dyer, KY on February 26, 1921 to the late Everett James Pile and Nettie Alma Dyer Pile. Geneva was a homemaker and farmer who enjoyed gardening and quilting. She was an avid UK fan who never intended to miss a game of watching the CATS play. Her many activities centered around her church and work with Missionary Society.
Geneva was preceded in death by her husband, Wade Blair; sisters, Juanita Roberson and Wanda Bolin as well as nephews, Jimmy Roberson and Randy Allgood.
She is survived by a sister, Alma Allgood of Custer, KY
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 11 AM at Constantine United Methodist Church
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 17, 2022 from 3-6 PM at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home and again on Tuesday from 9:30-11 at Constantine United Methodist Church.
Burial in Howe Valley Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Constantine United Methodist Church or American Cancer Society.
