Frank Whitworth

Frank Whitworth, age 86 of Harned, KY passed away September 3, 2021 at Hardinsburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Breckinridge County on August 7,1935, one of thirteen children of the late Willis and Eliza Carman Whitworth. Frank was a retired concrete laborer. He loved his children and their families and enjoyed 4 wheeling. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings: Louise Sharp, Rose Ann Bundick, Katherine McHugh, Dorothy Jean Bowlds, Marion Stargel, Joann Brockman, Eithel Wilmer, Wes, Murray Lee and Willis Whitworth, Jr.

He is survived by 2 children: Franklin Lee Whitworth of Elizabethtown,KY and Frances Dowell of Harned, KY

1 grandson - Dusty Dowell

3 great grandsons - Christopher Tucker Dowell, Dwight David Dowell and Roosevelt Carter Dowell

2 sisters - Betty Tingle and Shirleen Brenzel  of Louisville, KY

Graveside services will be held at Custer Cemetery on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 11 AM. There will be no visitation.
