Emma Jean (Dickerson) Bramlett

Emma Jean Bramlett, age 83 of Harned, KY passed away July 15, 2021 at Breckinridge Memorial Hospital. She was born in Breckinridge County, KY on July 3, 1938, the daughter of the late William Lee and Levi Drake Dickerson. Jean was a member of Alexander Chapel United Methodist Church and a retired school bus driver. She was the best Mamaw to her grandchildren, who loved her, but she "loved them more" and a wonderful companion to her dog Tucker. Jean enjoyed canning, cooking and travel, however she was most content being on her farm.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Dorothy Blanford, brother Ralph Dickerson and her son-in-law Butch Androski.

Jean is survived by her husband Roy J. Bramlett, Sr. of Harned, KY

4 children: Myra Androski of Harned, KY, Darlene (Gary) Lucas of Harned, KY, Rhonda (Raymond) McCorkle of Fairdale, KY and Roy J. Bramlett, Jr. of Harned, KY

4 grandchildren: Michelle (Bobby) Shaw, Kasy Dyer, Matthew Cody Lucas and Hannah Bramlett

2 step grandchildren: Jason (Danielle) McCorkle and Kelli (Clint) Isenberg

6 great grandchildren: Alyssa 'Allie' and Jozlyn Shaw, Ryan Buntain, Kylee Dyer, Liam and Roman Lucas

5 step great grandchildren: Peyton Isenberg, Kadyn and Delaney McCorkle, Madison Hammers, McKenzy Hammers and Shelby Lobb

1 brother: Norman (Ann) Dickerson of Cloverport, KY

Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at 1 PM with burial in the Shumate Cemetery near Custer, KY. Visitation will be held on Tuesday beginning at 11 AM. All times are central.
