Edward Henry Cummings, IV, age 46 of Elizabethtown, KY died Friday, February 26, 2021 at Signature at Rockford in Louisville, KY. He was born in Concord, MA on December 10, 1974, the son of the late Edward Henry Cummings, III and Frances Ayres Cummings. Ed was a tattoo artist with Artist Body in Elizabethtown. He had many interests that include art, nature, gardening, music and hunting.

Ed is survived by his wife Brandy Smith Cummings of North Augusta, SC

5 children: Victoria Cummings and James Gebhart of Radcliff, KY, Lillian Cummings of Somerset, KY, Elijah Webb of North Augusta, SC and Whitney (Jacob) Perry of Fort Knox, KY.

1 sister - Stacy Burns of New Hampshire

In keeping with the wishes of Ed, the family has chosen cremation with a memorial service at a later date.
