Diane T Davis

Diane T. Davis, age 71 of McQuady, KY died Saturday, May 30, 2020 at Breckinridge Health. She was born in Madrid, KY on May 6, 1949, the daughter of the late Raymond and Ada Mercer Tucker. Diane was a member of God's Mission Church in Leitchfield, KY. She retired from the Breckinridge County Board of Education after 19 years of service transporting students. She was a homemaker who raised five children while working on the family farm. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother to many who adored her. She enjoyed her flowers and her garden.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers Norman and Wallace Tucker, Eugene and Preston Slaughter.

Diane is survived by her husband Larry Davis of McQuady, KY

5 children: Michael Davis (Rosie) and Tracy Pile (Chad) of Hardinsburg, KY, Kevin Davis (Lisa) of Fordsville, KY, Tonya Davis of Owensboro, KY and Sarah Davis of Bewleyville, KY

2 stepchildren: Craig Davis (Sandy) of Leitchfield, KY and Gelita English (Harold) of Owensboro, KY

13 grandchildren, 8 step grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 15 step great grandchildren

1 brother: Marvin Tucker (Joann) of Bedford, VA

Private funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Sutton officiating. Burial will be in the Locust Hill Cemetery.
