Daniel Ray Stinnett

Daniel Ray "Danny" Stinnett, age 76, of Hardinsburg, KY, died on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Breckinridge Memorial Hospital. He was born in Hardinsburg, KY on April 3, 1945 to the late Alvin Stinnett, Sr. and Viola Simmons Stinnett. Danny had previously worked in construction and as a gravedigger. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, trading guns and anything outdoors. He was also considered to be a "coffee connoisseur". 

Danny was preceded in death by his sisters: Doris Ann Stinnett and Mildred Smith; brothers: Kermit, Alvin, Jr., Tom, Walter and Glenn Stinnett.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years: Naomi Oldham Stinnett

Daughters: Dana Stevenson (Brian) of Harned, KY and Heather Pate Spencer (Dustin) of Kingswood, KY

Son: Jacob Pate (Samantha) of Hardinsburg, KY

Brother: Clarence "Mutt" Stinnett (Anna) of Hardinsburg, KY

Sisters: Margie Pate and Thelma King of Hardinsburg, KY

6 Grandchildren: Grant, Bailee, Hayden, Carter, Charlize, Solomon and 3 Great-Grandchildren: Jack, Eliot and Audrey

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 11 AM at Corinth Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 9 - 11 AM at the church.

Cremation was chosen by the family.
