Dale Dewayne Daugherty

Dale Dewayne Daugherty, age 57 of Custer, KY died Thursday, October 1, 2020 at his residence. He was born in Elizabethtown, KY on June 26, 1963, the son of the late William Thomas Daugherty and Ina Helm. 

Dale was a hardworking man who loved being outdoors . Farm work, backhoe and dozer work were among his favorite jobs. He loved spending time with his family and they adored him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson Weston Thomas Daugherty and Baby Howard.

Dale is survived by his wife Jessica of Custer, KY

3 children: Christy Howard and her husband Eric, James Daugherty and his wife Misty and Devin Daugherty and his wife Alyssa of Custer, KY

12 grandchildren: Austin, Emma, Brayden and Ethan Howard, Christopher and Katelyn Daugherty, Hailey, Peyton, Austin, Kayla, Waden and Hailee Daugherty

2 sisters: Diana Smallwood and her husband Roger and Brenda Howard of Custer, KY

Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at 11 am central time. Burial will be in the Pole Bridge Cemetery near Eastview, KY. Visitation will be held on Monday, 4-7 PM and Tuesday 9-11 AM central time at the funeral home.
