Charles Lee Dooley

Charles Lee Dooley, age 85, died on Thursday, December 17, 2020 at Springview Nursing & Rehab. He was born in Breckinridge County on February 12, 1935, to the late Allen Dooley and Mary Sosh. Charles was a carpenter by trade who also enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and tinkering. 

He was preceded in death by 2 daughters: Mary Lou Dooley and Carla Fritz; a brother, James Dooley; and 3 sisters, Betty Daugherty, Lois McClellan and Ruby Dooley. 

Charles is survived by his wife, Mary Frances Dooley

2 sons: Gary Dooley and his wife, Denise of Louisville, KY

            Bobby Dooley and his wife, Donna of Owensboro, KY

5 Grandchildren: Terra Green (Chris), Kandist Clemons (Travis), Joshua Dooley, Andrew Dooley and Lori Wyatt

9 Great-Grandchildren: Tayler Fentress, Chase Wilbert, Joshua Dooley, Jr., Blake Wyatt, Jackson Wyatt, Morgan Jecker, Carter Clemons, Peighton Green and Aubree Dooley

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 20, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home

Visitation will be from 12:30 - 2:00 PM

Burial in Ivy Hill Cemetery
