Obituary
Bernice Norton, age 91 of Harned, KY passed away March 8, 2023 at Hardinsburg Nursing and Rehab. She was born in Breckinridge County on February 2, 1932, daughter of the late Hubbard and Viola Horsley. Bernice was a former employee of Galante Studio. She was a homemaker and farm wife who enjoyed her work on the farm, cooking and gardening. Bernice attended Corinth Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands Ralph Bruner, Jake Herron and Gordon Norton.
Bernice is survived by her sister Ruth (Robert) McCoy of Hardinsburg, KY and brother David Horsley of Louisville, KY
niece Kristie McCoy of Hardinsburg, KY
several cousins
friends and caregivers - Ken and Linda Walden, Matt, Jaclyn, Tripp and Bailey Walden
Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at 3 PM with burial in the Ivy Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 1 PM on Saturday.
Expressions of sympathy are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
