Alexis Sierra Yakubovich, age 16 of Harned, KY passed away May 28, 2023 at Breckinridge Memorial Hospital. She was born in Bowling Green, KY on April 25, 2007. She was a member of CDKL5 Atypical Rett Syndrome support group. Alexis enjoyed listening to music, watching Tinkerbell and all things outdoors - especially fishing and camping.

She is survived by her parents - Michael and Tabatha Yakubovich of Harned, KY

1 brother - Michael Anthony Yakubovich, Jr. of Harned, KY

2 sisters - Tia Clark of Radcliff, KY and Ragan Nelson of Murray, KY

4 nieces - Levana, Cathilynn, Aiyana and Caralee Clark

Grandparents - Romana Luebbers of Russell, Kansas; Leasa Rayner of Caneyville, KY and Ted Yakubovich of Alexandria, Louisiana

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2023 beginning at 9 AM at the residence of Michael and Tabatha - 5300 Highway 1073  Harned, KY 40144. All times are central.
