Alda (Blissit) Mohr

Alda Blissit Mohr, age 95 passed away July 1, 2021 at Breckinridge Health. She was born in Breckinridge County on October 19, 1925, the daughter of the late Clyde and Myrtle Blissit. Alda was a member of Alexander Chapel United Methodist Church at age 15 years old. She loved her family, going to church, mowing her lawn, working in the garden and quilting.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands Lee West, William 'Bill' Claycomb and George Mohr. One granddaughter Carol Leigh West Ivey and stepson Marty Mohr.

Alda is survived by her son Randy West, a very good lady Terri Penny, granddaughter Pamela West Wells and her husband Kevin, one sister Anna Leigh Basham, four great grandchildren Kamry and Braden Wells and Isaiah and Randy Ivey, three step children Jackie, Robin and Theresa and a lot of step grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at 11 AM with burial in the Custer Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, 3:30 - 8 PM and Wednesday after 8:30 AM.
