Virgil Edward Roberts, age 76 of Kingswood, KY died Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Hardin Memorial Hospital. He was born in Stephensport, KY on November 22,1941, the son of the late George Edward and Mary Virginia Howard Roberts. Virgil was a truck driver for Liquid Transports. He enjoyed NASCAR, attending races, fishing, travelling and watching University of Kentucky Wildcat basketball.
Virgil is survived by his wife Marcia Brown Roberts of Kingswood, KY
2 sons - Kenneth Roberts of Irvington, KY and Brandon Roberts of Kingswood, KY
1 daughter - Kathy Goodman of Louisville, KY
4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren
Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Monday, June 18, 2018 at 1 PM. Burial will be in the McQuady Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Monday after 10:30 AM.
