Thomas Wayne Dunigan, age 63 of Falls of Rough, KY died Sunday, April 16, 2017 at his residence. He was born in Louisville, KY on September 17, 1953, the son of the late Clinnie B Dunigan and Phyllis Jean Collins. Tom was a Vietnam Army veteran, a member of the Hardinsburg VFW Post, a Mason with the George Washington Lodge, former EMT and member of Harned Volunteer Fire Department. He formerly worked for E T's Auto Service as a mechanic and was a millwright. In his spare time, he enjoyed woodworking.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother WIlliam Dunigan.

A private family service was held prior to cremation. Burial was in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff, KY under the direction of Trent-Dowell Funeral Home.
