Phillip C. Sturgeon, age 60 of Irvington, KY died Monday, July 16, 2018 at his residence. He was born in Hardinsburg, KY on July 24, 1957, the son of the late C. L. and Dorothy Jean Lucas Sturgeon. Phillip was a former employee of Fashion Floors and Breckinridge Memorial Hospital.

He enjoyed fishing, hunting, cooking and eating good food.

Phillip is survived by his daughter Stacy Michelle Bennett of Union Star, KY
2 grandchildren: Gabriel and Abigail Martin of Irvington, KY
1 brother: Ricky Sturgeon and his wife Barbara of Payneville, KY
1 sister: Dianna Nevitt and her husband Kent of Irvington, KY

Private services were held with burial in the Union Star Cemetery under the direction of Trent-Dowell Funeral Home.
