Pauline Hines Matthews, age 94 of Hardinsburg, KY died Monday, December 4, 2017 at Hardinsburg Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born in Hardinsburg, KY on April 17, 1923, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Nannie Davis Hines. Pauline was a sales clerk for many years for Tobin's Dry Goods. She enjoyed quilting, sewing and gardening. She attended Sample United Methodist Church and Stephensport United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Harry Matthews,
brothers and sisters - Lee, Lawrence and L D Hines, Myrtle Blair, Anna Neff and Ruby Taul.
Pauline is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Becky and Sam Frazier of Raymond, KY
2 granddaughters - Sydnei Frazier (Jeff Cox) and Ashley Ledford (Chad)
5 great grandchildren: Kaden and Kase Moore, Kaelyn, Kennedy and Kypten Ledford
many nieces and nephews

Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 11 AM. Burial will be in the Cloverport Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, 3:30 - 8 PM and Thursday after 8 AM.

Expressions of sympathy are suggested to Raymond Baptist Church.
