Mary Louise Kennedy

Mary Louise Kennedy, age 83 of Hardinsburg, KY died Friday, June 8, 2018 at Breckinridge Memorial Nursing Facility. She was born in Hardinsburg, KY on July 6, 1934, the daughter of the late William Golan and Catherine Lee Coomes Wethington. Louise was a very devout member of St. Romuald Catholic Church, the Altar Society, Blue Army and attended the adult Bible Study. She was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening, playing slots and watching EWTN and the Kentucky Wildcats. Louise loved to talk and a friend stated that "she only talked once, but she talked all day". She was very dedicated to God and her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Kelly Kennedy, 2 brothers Bill and Bobby Joe Wethington and 1 sister Ruthie Clark.

Louise is survived by 6 children: Steve Kennedy (Venetta), Clyde Kennedy (Lisa), Melvin Kennedy (Sissy), Sharon Hale (Doug) and Sandra Hinton (Greg) of Hardinsburg, KY Dianne Clark (Randy) of Payneville, KY

Funeral services will be held at St. Romuald Catholic Church on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 10 AM with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church on Monday, 6-8 PM and Tuesday after 8 AM. The rosary will be recited at 7:30 PM on Monday.
