Mary Akers Coyle, age 73 of Hardinsburg, KY died Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at Breckinridge Memorial Hospital. She was born in Hardinsburg, KY on July 16, 1943, the daughter of the late John and Florence Akers Buford. Mary worked for many years as a sales clerk, most recently at Walmart. She enjoyed her job and greeted her customers with a smile. She loved visits with her family. Mary was a loving and caring lady who often offered a helping hand to those in need.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Morgan Coyle, Jr. and brother John Buford.

Mary is survived by 2 children - Lyvan Goatley of Hawesville, KY and Michael Coyle of Hardinsburg, KY
2 sisters - Laurine Williams of New York and Anne Jackson of Cloverport, KY
5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild

Funeral services will be held at St. Romuald Catholic Church on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 11 AM with Fr. Brian Johnson officiating. Burial will be in the Cloverport Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Wednesday, 4-8 PM and Thursday after 8:30 AM. The rosary will be recited on Wednesday at 7 PM.
