Mary Lillian Brown

Mary Lillian Brown, age 59 of Hardinsburg, KY died Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at Breckinridge Memorial Hospital. She was born in Hardinsburg, KY on June 23, 1959, the daughter of the late John Henry and Georgia Katherine Peyton Brown. Mary was a cosmetologist who worked for Dee's Beauty Salon in Radcliff, KY and Creative Cuts and Styles in Hardinsburg, KY. She was also an employee of the Breckinridge County Board of Education who worked as a custodian of Breckinridge County Middle School until her illness progressed. Mary was a devoted member of First Baptist Church and the church choir. She enjoyed working, attending Bible study and flower gardening. She loved good food and visiting with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Stephon Brown, brother Larry Brown and goddaughter Reshanna Robertson.

Funeral: First Baptist Church in Hardinsburg, KY on Monday, 1-7-2019 at 11 AM. Burial will be in the Hardinsburg Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Sunday, 4-8 PM and Monday at the church after 9 AM.
