Lowell Zane Macy, Jr.

Lowell Zane Macy, Jr. age 61 of Hardinsburg, KY died Sunday, November 4, 2018 at Norton Hospital. He was born in Owensboro, KY on December 20, 1956. Zane was a former employee of Big Rivers where he was a welder. He was a member of Hardinsburg United Methodist Church, BCHS Class of 1975, National Rifle Association, a Conceal Carry Instructor and a former part time officer with the City of Hardinsburg Police Department and Breckinridge County Sheriff's office. Zane was a gun enthusiast who enjoyed hunting, shooting and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his father Lowell Zane Macy, Sr.

Chris Barr, his wife Stephanie and their children Halle, Hunter and Hayden

Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Friday, November 9, 2018 at 1 PM. Burial will be in the Ivy Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin after 10 AM on Friday.
