William Randolph "Randy" Stewart, age 80 of Indianapolis, IN died Monday, January 2, 2017 at Sidney and Lois Eskinazi Hospital. He was born in Chenault, KY on July 9, 1936, the son of the late Willie Stewart and Beulah Pauline Applegate. William was the owner and operator of a coin business, a restaurant owner and carpenter.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son - Kenneth Stewart and his brothers - Bobby and Garland Stewart.

William is survived by his wife Velma Bennett Stewart of Indianapolis, IN
2 children - William Stewart of Radcliff, KY and Donna Sue McConnell of Brandenburg, KY
6 grandchildren including Tim Stewart who helped care for him
several great grandchildren

Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at 1 PM with Rev. Jeff McMichael officiating. Burial will be in the New Bethel Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, 4-8 PM and Thursday after 8:30 AM.
