Robert Timothy Chapman, age 55 of Garfield, KY died Sunday, December 3, 2017 in Louisville, KY as the result of a motorcycle accident. He was born in Williamson, West Virginia on October 29, 1962, the son of the late Fred and Hazel Thompson Chapman.

Robert was a machinist, enjoyed riding his motorcycle, fishing and loved spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 1 sister.

1 brother - Fred Chapman, Jr.
5 half brothers - Carl, Freddie, Brian, Adam and Michael Chapman
Cousin - Barbara Thompson Hatfield

In keeping with the wishes of Robert, the family has chosen cremation with private services under the direction of Trent-Dowell Funeral Home.
