Linda Dyer Secrest, age 63 of Tampa, FL died Saturday, October 21, 2017. Linda was born on May 4, 1954 in Hardinsburg, KY and was the daughter of the late James Edwin Dyer and Martha Lee Sipes Nottingham. She was a former civil service employee.
