Dennis Steven Riggs, Sr. age 57 of Hardinsburg, KY died Monday, March 27, 2017 at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center. He was born on May 19, 1959, the son of the late Dennis Courtney Riggs and Dolores Ann Thomas. He was self employed  and enjoyed working on automobiles, riding motorcycles, attending car shows, fishing, being on the lake and listening to music, especially Elvis. He was constantly on the search for the best cheeseburger and discovered that ketchup made everything good. He was a member of Hardinsburg Baptist Church, Hardinsburg VFW and NRA.

Steve is survived by his 3 children: Shannon Riggs of Hardinsburg, KY
DJ Riggs and his wife Kaitlin of Hudson,KY
Casey Riggs of Louisville, KY
1 sister – Robin Huntley and her husband Randall of Leona, TN

Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at 11 AM with burial in the Harned Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, 4-8 PM and Thursday after 8:30 AM.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Heart Association.
