Alice Allene Hale, age 92 of Falls of Rough, KY died Friday, August 25, 2017 at Green Meadows Nursing Home in Mt. Washington, KY. She was born in Axtel, KY on February 6, 1925, the daughter of the late Willis and Susan Wheatley Osborne. Mrs. Hale was a member of McDaniels Antioch United Methodist Church and Rough River Homemakers. She was a homemaker who enjoyed flower gardening, word search puzzles, fishing, being outdoors and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Emmett Hale, son James Robert Hale, granddaughter Kristi Carwile, sister Flora Carwile and brothers Orville Osborne, Arthur Randolph Osborne and J W Osborne.

Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Friday, September 1, 2017 at 1 PM with burial in the Sand Knob Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, 11 AM - 1 PM.
